New Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM)

My favorite all around smoker just got bigger and better for 2009, if you've owned a wsm for a few years chances are you've wanted a temperature gauge and a larger water pan, or like me you may have modded your smoker. This thing now has almost everything!, along with a size increase from 18 inches to 22 inches, which by my calculations means you could easily get 6 Boston butts in this thing, and no longer have to fold your briskets or cut them in half. The charcoal bowl will now also hold a full 22 lb bag of charcoal!  As an added bonus the door is now on a hinge so it just folds down.  I think i'll be picking one of these up for the summer cooking season
