I love making HUGE sandwiches to share.. this sandwich features elk meat, berkshire bacon and cumin infused cheese, with a touch of nuts and olive oil.

For this sandwich i pounded out a 3lb chunk of eye of the round and put berkshire bacon inside, and wrapped it outside into a loaf, cooked over high indirect heat to 140f, then wrapped it in foil, tossed it in the fridge and chopped it as you see for a sandwich the next day.
