Looks like the spice in bbq rub might hold some more magic. I've heard that capsaicin (the ingredient in hot peppers that make them hot) can be used to prevent certain types of cancer. Now scientists are saying it's a good tool in surgery!

Special thank to Karen over at Cajun Corner for doing such a great job of boning, stuffing and rolling out the turducken, it saved me lots of time so i could take my family to a football game instead of staying home to de-bone the birds!
