I love my ProQ

Ok.. so i feel a bit bad giving my ProQ a not so favorable review recently. This smoker has a feature that none of my other ones have: Portability! I've taken is to the cottage 3 times, once in the back of a yaris... tiny tiny rental car. I even brought it to my office and cooking 15 racks of ribs in it! Here's a shot of me smoking away last weekend at a friends cottage, overlooking the water. I look kinda sleepy in this photo... must have been a long night of fun and early morning of smoke!
