Irished Crème Brûlée

Playing with a classic french recipe tonight, thought i'd add a twist to it. Everything is better with booze in it!
Ok.. so it's not BBQ.. but you do get to play with a blow torch, so I say it Qualifies for on this blg. Recipe After the jump

3 cups 10% Cream (half & half)
1 cup irish cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
2/3 cup sugar
8 egg yolks
30-40 minutes
