More Cornbread (Salad)

If you didnt eat all your cornbread, consider making a salad out of it.

Cornbread Salad

8 inch pan of cooked cornbread, crumbled
1 quart of cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1 bunch green onion (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 red pepper (chopped) 1/2 lb cooked real bacon cut into bacon bits 1 cob of blackend grilled corn or 1 small can or corn that's been blackened in cast iron pan with bacon grease.
1 cup boccincini cheese cut in halves
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/2 cup or sour cream or plan yogurt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 chopped Jalepeno
2 cups navy or pinto beans

Mix everything up except for 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of beans. Put the mixture in a large bowl or casserole dish for serving and top with the remaining cheese and beans.
