Is BBQ Healthy?

I somehow forgot to post this, Steven Raichlen - who is a serious barbecue aficionado, has a letter published on the slate regarding the health concerns (or lack thereof) of eating food on the Q. I love this guy, as he managed to convert his vegetarian wife and daughter to eating meat! -
